User Scenario
Scenario :- 1
Parth has recently shifted to Mumbai as a job intern and is living in a rented flat with his two fellow officemates. They are all new to Mumbai and are here for the first time. All of them are working in the same office, and their working hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Since their office is a little far away, they use public transport to save money. They leave for their office from their flat together at 9.30 a.m. and are back by. 7.30 p.m..
Recently, for the first time, they have faced an issue with tap leakage in their common washroom. They have to get it repaired as soon as possible at a particular time since they all have their offices.
When they asked neighbors and a social security person, they told them that plumbers don't come at night after 6 p.m. and before 11 a.m.
They thought of using home repair services from certain apps and found the prices too high. Since they didn't have any options or knowledge about the pricing, they had to opt for a solution.
After the service, the plumber asked them for more money based on what was quoted on the app. Also, the service was not good overall, leading to a bad experience.
Scenario :- 2
Niti is a second-year college student and is living with her college friends in a rented flat in Mangalore. They've been sharing a flat with five other friends for the past eight months. All of them are from different parts of the country. Since they are students and have a lot of college work to do, they have a cook at their place to cook food for them. The cook prepares two meals, i.e., lunch and dinner, for them. The cook has decided to make Idli Sambhar because the majority wants to eat it. Niti and one of her flatmates do not want to eat Idli Sambhar and want to have normal Chapati and Sabji, as they have been eating out for the past 2 days. No one wants to adjust and is not coming to any conclusions about having the same menu. According to the cook's conditions, he only prepares one dish. Since the others have a majority, the cook decided to prepare Idli Sambhar. Niti and her friends again decided to opt out to eat, but they couldn't get proper homemade food and found high prices for the same. The other thing that is bothering her is her monthly expenditure bills.
She is trying to find authentic, healthy homemade food and doesn't want to survive just on Maggie.
